MARLON GLEAN

Marlon Glean is a UK trained Barrister at Law who is authorized to practice in the United Kingdom and Grenada. He specializes in Commercial Law, International Law, Sports Law, Immigration Law (US and Caribbean), Employment Law and Environmental Law.

Over the years, Mr.Glean has been employed by a number of international companies including Federations Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), General Electric (GE), University at Albany, The State of New York, Government of Grenada and UBS. In addition, Mr. Glean has worked with a number of international organizations including the United Nations (UN), The Commonwealth, Organization of American States, the European Union and CARICOM.

Mr. Glean also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and Finance. He possesses over 20 years of experience in complex global transactions; risk management; legal and regulatory research; laws, regulations and practices in numerous foreign countries including the United Kingdom and United States; and Trade Zones including the European Union (EU) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM)

GLENDON E. LANGAIGNE

With a career spanning over 25 years, Glendon has worked with industry leading companies in a variety of roles in the technology domain, including Telecommunications, Radio and Media Broadcasting, Software Development, Information Security and Management, Event Management, Data Processing and Litigation support systems. A UK citizen and domiciled in the Caribbean for over 40 years, he has broad experience across the globe in Asia, Europe, Caribbean, North and Central America. He has worked within and led cross cultural teams at various levels within Public and Private Sector Organizations. He has led organizations to successfully enter the Caribbean market with rewarding contracts. His wide catalogue of projects include, Caribbean-wide business transformation project leadership, technology installations and management for international sporting events hosted in the Caribbean and also as a representative speaker at international tradeshows. An entrepreneur with experience in starting successful businesses in the Caribbean, he uses his exceptional ability to decompose complex problems into simple plans that inspire and motivate teams with action calls that deliver business success.
